first, you need MTK flasher. you can use Miracle Box, NCK Box, or SP Flashtool. Second, make sure of the battery is full, 50% at least. third, power off your phone and open the program by which you can flash your phone, then, select mtk internface, select write, choose phone’s firmware. download it from here
