this message is expected kernel32.dll or other dll files are missing. There are many ways to solve this problem:
first
- download the latest version dotnet framework;
- install dotnet framework on your computer
- restart your computer
second
this method is absolutely effective, i experienced it on my laptop. it solved the problem.
